Our Goals
|
- To improve access to quality end-of-life care by identifying barriers and working to overcome them,
- To encourage collaboration between all end-of-life care providers and other stakeholders,
- To educate professionals and consumers about end-of-life care as an integral part of the continuum of health care,
- To serve as a resource for local hospice and palliative care providers,
- To influence public policy and legislation to improve end-of-life care, and
- To advocate for adequate reimbursement for hospice and palliative care
